After online registration, please have the student ID(s) ready in hand to complete the Student Waiver Form and payment process.
Step 2: Student Waiver Form
Please complete the Student Waiver form using the link below. Please return back to this page after signing Student Waiver Form to complete the payment process (Step 3).
MTS Student Waiver Form
You need to have a separate form signed for each student that you are registering.
Step 3: Tuition Fee Payment
NOTE: We accept only online payments through Zelle for now.

Please note that when you pay on Zelle, make sure to have Student’s ID, Student's First Name, Student's Last Name, and Student's Grade entered in the Memo section (THIS IS MANDATORY!!!). If you are registering for more than one student, please mention all the student's name in the memo section.

BOOK DISTRIBUTION:
To receive books, you MUST COMPLETE online registration, Student Waiver form, and Tuition Fee paid in full.
EVALUATION:
As per ITA guidelines, new students that are qualified will be evaluated, based on their age and their Tamil language skill. You will get an email after the registration if the new student is going to get evaluated. Evaluation will be held during the Open house at Hightower Middle School on 3rd August by the admin team.

- The Fee for this year is $200.
- Sibling discount (2 or more) – $10 /child in Tuition fee
- If your child is assigned to Advanced Kindergarten (Combination of Kindergarten and 1st Grade), you will be asked to pay additional $30 for Grade 1 books later. Admin team will reach out to those parents via email when it is due.

- If the registered student is under 6 years of age, no evaluation is required. They do not need to come to school on the Evaluation Day. The system will automatically place them in the appropriate grade.
- If your child is new in learning to read and write in Tamil, please select Kindergarten (under 7 yrs old) Advance Kindergarten (7 yrs and above) under Requested Evaluation Test” in the google form. Please DO NOT use placement request form in ITA.
- Please complete the MTS Evaluation request form after reading the evaluation guidelines carefully.
- The Evaluation Guidelines and Evaluation form links are provided below.
- It is MANDATORY to complete the evaluation form before August 1st, in order for students to take the test on the Evaluation Day.
